We want you to be happy with your purchase from You may return your purchase in it’s original packaging for a refund, 7 days after received. Please choose a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. UShopTwo is not responsible for any loss or damage to the returned item during transit. Please note that shipping fees are not refunded.    

Your refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment.        

When does UShopTwo have sales?

UShopTwo offers variety products at competitive prices everyday. Some of our selective items are put on sale. You can find them under shortcodes page.

Occasionally we do have special offers and coupons that are available in our coupons & offer page.

When will I receive my order?

The times listed in the table estimate the expected number of business days it will take to deliver to you. ( ” Business days ” ) Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. Orders begin processing immediately. Delays maybe caused due to a problem processing your credit card or credit card verification. We will notify you via email if we are unable to process your credit card.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation number to your email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. ( USPS ) By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it is in transit.

Please note: It may take 24 – 48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on USPS sites.

May I cancel or change my order after it is submitted?

We are processing your order immediately therefore it may not be possible to cancel the order. Requests for cancellations maybe conducted by mail within 12 hours. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

We apologize but order details including item, address changes, and credit card information may not be changed or modified after they are submitted.
