We want you to be happy with your purchase from UshopTwo.com and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide returns for all items purchased from us, if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

  • All sale items are final and aren’t eligible for exchange or return.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item(s) of the invoice date.

When returning or exchanging item(s) with our label, a $6.99 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

When returning or exchanging item(s) with our label, for store credit, there will be no charge for a return label.

If you request a refund due to our error, there will be no charge for a return label.

Exchanges are available one time, per item.
