RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS USHOPTWO’S RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from UShopTwo.com and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide returns for all items purchased from us, if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
- Copy of your receipt or original would need to be included
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-returnable.
WHAT IS USHOPTWO’S VALIDITY FOR RETURNS?
All returns will need to be within 15 days of the invoice date. All requests for returns will need to be strictly made online to our Customer Care Team at email@example.com

RETURN BY MAIL:
- You will need to include a copy of your receipt or original, complete with your name, address together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
- Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. UShopTwo is not responsible for any loss or damage to the returned item during transit.
- Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your refund is ready. Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
- Your refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment.
