WHAT IS USHOPTWO’S RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from UshopTwo.com and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide returns for all items purchased from us, if the following conditions are met:
All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole.
Copy of your receipt or original would need to be included.
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-returnable.
WHAT IS USHOPTWO’S RESTOCKING FEE POLICY?
All returnable items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned within 21 days of the invoice date.
Restocking fee will NOT be applied to the following types of return request:
You receive item(s) materially different than what you ordered.
You receive delivery that has visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier.
You receive defective item(s).
Restocking fee will be applied to the following types of return request:
You have changed your mind, or price difference.
You return item(s) due to reason(s) other than defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect item(s).
WHAT IS USHOPTWO’S SHIPPING POLICY?
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
If you placed an order and received free shipping, but you returned an item and no longer qualify for the free shipping, you are responsible for paying the original shipping cost.
If you request a refund due to our error, there will be no charge for a return label.
Shipping charges are based on the flat rate. (The flat rate listed in the table) Special promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges.
The times listed in the table estimate the expected number of business days it will take to deliver to you. (” Business days ”) Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. Orders begin processing immediately. Delays maybe caused due to a problem processing your credit card or credit card verification. We will notify you via email if we are unable to process your credit card.
Orders are shipped USPS First-class, USPS Flat rate or USPS Ground mail. We will use the most appropriate delivery method depending on the weight, size and shipping destination of your package.
Expedited shipping / rush delivery
Expedited shipping or rush delivery options are not available at UshopTwo.
UshopTwo currently does not offers international shipping.
Due to current FAA and U.S. Postal regulations, we cannot ship orders to APO / FPO or the below U.S. Territories.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
If you placed your order with a valid email address, you will receive email updates as your order is processed.
How can I track my order?
Once the order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders on the carrier’s website, United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note: It may take 24 – 48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on USPS sites.
You have 21 calendar days to return an item(s) of the invoice date.
You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and get approved prior to returning any product to UshopTwo for a refund.
For registered customers you may obtain an RMA, please go to My Account > Orders.
For guest customers to obtain an RMA, please fill in your information below.
RETURN BY MAIL:
After you obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and get approved:
You will need to include a copy of your receipt or original, complete with your name, address together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. UshopTwo is not responsible for any loss or damage to the returned item during transit.
Once we have received your item(s), we will let you know that we have received your returned item(s) and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item(s).
If your return is approved, refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days.
